Four Benefits of Article Marketing that You Might not Know

SEO Software

by SEO Content Copywriter Jason Pedley
There are no two ways about it - writing articles and submitting them to article submission sites helps your website rank higher in Google. Not only will writing and submitting articles help your site get on that holy grail known as page one, but they can also rank as individual pages on article directory sites.

For example- If you’re in the construction business, and your home page ranks on page one in Google for your search term, it’s possible that one or more articles rank on that page as well - either as articles on your website or as pages on an article submission site. Pretty sweet, right? You’ve got multiple pages for your business ranking right where you want them, but it doesn’t stop there. Here are some other benefits you’ll see:

1. If your articles rank in four places on page one, your competition is losing out on four page-one positions.

2. Multiple positions on page one, whether it’s with articles or press releases, turn you into an instant subject-matter expert.

3. Multiple rankings with articles that contain relevant and useful information will help your prospects.

4. Your competition will see your use of article marketing and have to play ‘catch up.’

Sure the obvious benefits of article marketing make it a no-brainer for your search engine marketing efforts, and with these four not-so-obvious benefits, you have even more reason to keep doing article marketing, or start right away.

Is Your Website Effective?

By Stephen Hewitt

SEO Keyword Density Tool
Ask yourself the question - Is Your Website Effective?

Internet marketing is a very exciting advertising medium. Business large and small are taking advantage of this great medium to reach world-wide audiences. Doing this, in many ways means learning brand new marketing techniques. Keyword density is a common phrase used in SEO marketing. SEO stands for “search engine optimization“. Search engines are the way your customers find you online. Without the highest listings on the various popular search engines all of your hard work is likely to go un-noticed by the very people who can benefit from your products and services. This is where a good keyword density tool comes in to play.

Very few people understand keyword density, or the reasoning behind it, even though internet marketing is very well understood as a prime way to reach consumers. Once they have grasped the importance of having particular keywords that the search engines will pick up on and use to rank their site, they rarely know if they are employing those keywords. Often times website creators think they have good keyword density just because they are talking about their product on the site. This is not always the case. In fact, it is often opposite the truth because they are spreading out too many different versions of keyword elements. Without the use of a keyword density tool it is almost impossible to tell for sure if you have achieved the proper level of keywords for your product.

By using the innovative keyword density tool @ MyDeafDog.com you can instantly tell if the wording on your website is effective for getting noticed on the search engines. It is simple to use. Just click on the link www.mydeafdog.com/keyword_density_tool.htm and type in your websites URL. In seconds the tool will deliver the most common words and phrases on your site and their number of occurrences.

This enables you to see if the proper keywords are being used, and if the keyword density is appropriate for your website. Normal SEO marketing statistics show that a density of about 10 percent is the most effective means of garnering the proper search engine attention. This means that for every 100 words on your page you should have at least 1 mention of your particular keyword in play. Using the keyword density tool will show you if you are effective quickly.

   by Anthony Heng

Wouldn’t you want to generate traffic to your site without spending a single cent? Bet it would seem like mission impossible but wait, I will share with you some methods. To be frank, paying for advertisements is the easiest and fastest way. But surely there is no harm trying out some free methods. The only concern to be honest is that it may take a bit of time to judge the effectiveness. But it is still worth trying.1. One good idea which I can think of is to trade links with other similar niche websites. This is a win-win situation. Both link-exchanged sites stand to gain when visitors to either site may have the tendency to click on each other links (vice versa). But, make sure you get a confirmation agreement with other webmaster before you do this.

2. Another great way is to write articles. Try to write articles that provide useful information such as tips or guides related to your niche business. Most importantly, do include your web link so that visitors reading your articles know where to go should they want to visit your site for more information. By doing so, you would generate traffic flowing to your site as time goes. There are many sites, such as ezinearticles, etc, which provide free articles submission and posting. Try it out.

3. Make good use of keywords and keyword phrases for your site. Make your site as informational and content rich as possible. Quality content counts too. With the right keywords, it is possible that search engines may place your site on higher rankings, at no costs.

4. Try out online forums. Do discussion and information exchange targeting your niche business. Present to others your fabulous expertise and build trust with other forum members. When people know you have quality stuff, they will make it a point to visit your site regularly. Think of it as free self-advertisement.

5. Last but not least, provide some kind of newsletter. Make sure you have the latest interesting and informational updates so that visitors will be entice to visit your site regularly, hungry for content. Moreover, people who like your site will definitely recommend it to their friends or relatives, thus generating more traffic.

Above are only some basic ways which can provide free traffic. There are a lot more which I can think of. So can you. All it takes is to put in your utmost effort and I am sure you will be able to have your site up and running with tremendous traffic flow.
